How does booking work?
Send a request online with your dog's details and a preferred day and time. It's a request, not a confirmed appointment yet - the shop will call or text you to confirm the exact time.
Do I need an appointment for a nail trim?
No. Walk-in nail trims are welcome during our hours (Mon - Sat: 10AM - 6PM). Grooms and training are by appointment.
What breeds do you work with?
All breeds, sizes, temperaments and backgrounds - including Pit Bulls and bully breeds. We work with dogs only.
How long does a groom take?
It depends on your dog's size and coat. We'll give you an estimate when we confirm your appointment.
What should I bring?
Bring your dog on a leash or in a carrier. Let us know about any allergies, skin issues, health concerns or nerves ahead of time - you can add them in the notes when you book. If you're not sure about anything else, just ask us.
Can I send a photo of my dog?
Yes. You can add a photo on the booking form. It helps us estimate time and coat condition before you come in.
How do I cancel or change my appointment?

How does training get started?
Start with a free consult. Book online (choose Training) or call us, and we'll build a plan around your dog - basic obedience, advanced obedience or behavior modification.

Pricing depends on your dog's size, coat and condition - we'll give you a quote when we confirm your appointment. Training starts with a free consult. Ask us about payment when we confirm.
